INSHORE FISHING:

Included: Licensed & Insured Guides, rods & reels, tackle, dead bait, fuel, ice for lunch/drinks, ice chest is provided on boat

Not Included: Fishing License ($20 per angler), fish cleaning cost (average $35 per day), live bait cost (average per day $75.00), lunch & drinks, packaging & shipping, and Tips.

NOTE: You will be charged a fair market value if any careless or neglectful behavior results in broken equipment.

 WE ABSOLUTLY DO NOT GO OUT IN THE FOG

 TARPON & TOURNAMENT TRIPS:  Fuel cost is extra.

 FISH CLEANING FOR INSHORE: The best way to manage fishing cleaning is for you and/or your guide to drop them off at the Venice Marina fishing cleaning station and fill out the required info and make sure you get a copy of the gold ticket. This way you can pay and pick up your fish. If you need the fish cleaning cost added to your final bill, please let Dana or Chris know and we will take care of it.

 Please be advised if you decide to use the Venice Marina shipping services, ship ask your own risk. REO is not responsible for any items lost, damaged or problems with your items. IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE

 PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE CAN OLNY ESTIMATE THE FUEL COST, AND IT COULD BE LESS OR MORE DEPENDING ON HOW FAR YOU HAVE TO GO OUT TO TARGET FISH AND THE PRICE OF FUEL AT THE TIME OF YOUR TRIP.

  ***NOTE: any charters going out with Paradise Outfitters you will need to have your own ice chest loaded and ready to be put on the boat. If you have a flat rate trip and fuel goes above 5.30 gallon there will be a $200 charge added to the charter cost

 Dana will touch base with you the day before your scheduled trip to discuss times and where to meet.

Fishing License: All anglers are responsible for purchasing a resident or non-resident license.
Please go to http://www.wlf.louisiana.gov  (3-day charter pass saltwater).

If you have a resident fishing license you do not need to purchase the additional 3-day charter pass. Kids 17 and under do not require a fishing license.

Common things needed on fishing trip:
• Sea-Sickness pills (if you have been sea sick before or if you are not sure if you will get sea-sick)
• Sunglasses
• Zip Locks and an ice chest to take home your catch in.
• You must provide your own food and drinks for the day.
• Good Boat Shoes
• Comfortable clothes
• Rain Gear
• Sunscreen & Bug Spray
• Absolutely no crocks or bare feet!!!!!

 If you have children 16 and under in your party, they will have to wear a life jacket while underway on the boat. REO has different sizes of life jackets and will try to accommodate your party. If you have a life jacket that fits your child correctly, please bring it along if you can.

 

ALCHOL & ILLEGAL DRUG POLICY:
Hard liquor or Illegal drugs are prohibited on boats, no exceptions. Customers may bring beer; we do not tolerate over-drinking or erratic behavior. If the captain believes an individual has had too much to drink, the captain has the right to curtail alcohol consumption by that individual. The captain may terminate the fishing trip at any time, without refund, if one or more individuals become intoxicated or uncontrollable. In addition, no individual(s) will be allowed to board the REO vessels before a trip if he/she arrives at the dock intoxicated or under the influence of any illegal substance & also will forfeit the price of the trip. The full cooperation of every REO customer is expected and appreciated.

 

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All members of the fishing party agree to hold River End Outfitters and its associates, solely and jointly, harmless for any accidents, injury or contracted illness sustained during their fishing charter and on the loading dock.
